The Empathy Virus. No More Wars. No more poverty. I’ve recently had some positive comments on my blog post, inspiring me to write more. There is plenty of negative crap in the world, thrust upon us by every media outlet. Surely it would be cool to come up with some plausible solutions for the vast world problems. Instead of always writing about how corrupt and retarded the world is. Let’s look at the positive changes that we can make. Here is my perspective.
A few years ago, I wrote a script for a movie (this will be in my next blog). While researching my writing, I envisioned how we could change the world positively.
I was excited during my research. I read an actual science article that almost half the population has a mysterious virus that makes people stupid.

Indeed, it’s all negative again. The comments; we humans are very dumb, and now scientists have discovered that half of all humans are infected with algae, which makes humans dumb. The quote about how crucial this stupidity is good for the world’s economy gave me an excellent idea.
How will I solve the world’s biggest problems?
One of my favorite books is The Messiah Code, “The Miracle Strain,” published in 1997. The book is fiction. It’s about Doctor Tom Carter, an inventor of a machine that can predict genetic defects. A secret brotherhood contacts him to help them find the second coming of Jesus Christ to save his daughter.
What I love about the story is why Michael Cordy started to write this book. He had no experience as a writer. He had a ten-year career in marketing and advertising, and he decided to quit his 100K plus job per year to start writing about this idea he had. How inspiring!
The Human Genome Project.
The Human Genome Project started in 1990 with the goal of sequencing and identifying all three billion chemical units in the human genetic instruction set, finding the genetic roots of disease, and then developing treatments.
It is a Mega Project because the human genome has approximately 3.3 billion base pairs. With the sequence in hand, the next step was identifying the genetic variants that increase the risk for common diseases like cancer and diabetes.

An underground lab near the Antarctic has a secret military base to develop biological weapons. Humans are great at finding funds for vaccines and killing infectious viruses. The military has employed Lindsay for nine years. She accidentally discovers in the laboratory that she can positively manipulate the empathy gene in humans. The action will overrule negative emotions such as feelings of jealousy, anger, rage, and greed.
She figures out a way to manipulate the empathy gene so intensely that humans that receive her formula become super social and kind to their fellow human beings (remember, in 2012, scientists sequence all human genomes.
This results in a group of people she trusts helping her by spreading “The empathy virus” through the world’s drinking water (yes, virus see the beginning of this blog, the algae that make people stupid), supplies, and other means. The result is that all wars immediately stop.

Imagine that the Pope announces that the Vatican has decided to open its library to the public and that the Pope publicly says that religion is based on greed and control. The library contains books that prove that religion is artificial.

As we finally live harmoniously, giant spaceships circle above every major city.
