Alistair Overeem signs with Yoshimoto Kogyo in Japan. As a manager, I signed Alistair Overeem with Yoshimoto Kogyo, the Number one Japanese Entertainment Conglomerate. Alistair Overeem gathered three belts (he was 12 years with Golden Glory before I made a contract for Overeem with the UFC), Strikeforce, Dream, and K-1 Champion. It had never happened before that a foreign fighter signed with Yoshimoto! An excellent chance to promote my clothing brand: Fight Game!

We all know musicians, entertainers, athletes, and Hollywood actors mostly sign up with an agency like CAA or Endeavour. Yoshimoto Kogyo is the Japanese version of these agencies.

Overeem made a massive name for himself, and with the help of Bas Boon, he now signed with the oldest and most prestige company in Japan. He is the first foreigner to do so.

Team Golden Glory has dominated in the fighting sport for over a decade.

Team Golden Glory rules the heavyweight division with Semmy Schilt and Alistair Overeem. Japan, the land of the Samurai, has been their home for more than a decade.

A fighter like Bob Sapp is top-rated in Japan, win or lose, and so is Akebono. But Alistair is a character straight out of a Marvel superhero movie. He wins, is bright, and can make people laugh as well.
